Giving My Fitness Instructor a BBC Creampie in the Gym

Who knew getting shape would be this hard. My personal trainer has had just about enough. She says I must need extra motivation, so she decides to give me her own personal own workout. I guess she was right, I was able to finish my workouts and make her happy.
