Watching our new home, which we had spent HUNDREDS of hours, and THOUSANDS of dollars on, while we waited for the firemen (who made a VERY prompt appearance - kudos to you, sexy fire-people!) to do their jobs, and contain the stupid flames. All said-and-done we lost about 40k worth of property. And, sadly, insurance won't cover a dime.
